Upload training to Google Drive & Slides

AI cannot access your Google account — follow these steps (~20 min)

Important Creataum tools do not have access to your Chrome session or Google Drive. You (or IT) must upload files manually or use Drive desktop sync.

Step 1 — Create Drive folder

Open drive.google.com
New → Folder → name: Creataum ERP Training
Subfolders: 01-Interactive-HTML, 02-PDF, 03-Google-Slides, 04-Markdown-Source

Step 2 — Upload interactive HTML

Zip folder: documentation/training/interactive/
Upload ZIP to 01-Interactive-HTML · Share → Anyone with link (viewer) for clients
To run HTML from Drive: unzip locally, or host on internal web server — Google Drive preview does not run JavaScript wizards fully. Best: share ZIP + instructions to open index.html locally.

Step 3 — Generate PDFs (on your PC)

Open each HTML page in Chrome → Ctrl+P → Destination: Save as PDF
Or run from project root:

Upload PDFs to 02-PDF

Files: index, internal, sales, client-setup, client-modules, brochure

Step 4 — Google Slides deck

slides.google.com → Blank presentation
Title slide: Creataum Society ERP — Training
Import outline: File → Import slides → Upload google-slides-outline.txt from documentation/training/scripts/
Google may split one line per slide — edit titles and add screenshots from erp.localhost
Apply theme: dark blue header (#1e3a8a), white body — match interactive portal
Add speaker notes from markdown client guides for each module

Step 5 — Share with sales & clients

sites.google.com → New site → Embed links to Drive PDFs + link “Download HTML training pack” — best client-facing portal without hosting.
