1 — Platform Super Admin
Step 1 Core → Tenants → Create (client link, slug, name)
Step 2 Enable MOD-* modules on tenant (sold package only)
Step 3 Create tenant-admin user with correct tenant_id

2 — CRM & Sales
Flow Client → Quotation (GST/TDS) → Won → Handoff to Admin for tenant
Step 1 Sales → Clients → Create (GST state required)
Step 2 Quotations → line items → place of supply → tax split
Sales users use crm.localhost only — not admin host for daily work
3 — Support portal
Remember Society helpdesk ≠ Creataum support tickets
Login issues Confirm erp.* URL + tenant user + role
Access client ERP — audit logged; document reason in ticket
